This last April, Director, Writer and Producer Matthew Anderson hiked with sound equipment and a camera over the Pyrenees, along the ancient route of the Camino de Santiago that stretches 800 km from France to north-west Spain. He followed modern-day pilgrims through mountain passes and into medieval villages to ask one question: "Why are you here?" The resulting footage and interviews are sometimes surprising, sometimes touching, and always revealing.
