By February 23, 2012 – 12:49 pmI use social media and tncoeolhgy quite a bit in my church. Here is the basic run-down* I use twitter and facebook on a constant basis* I lead the service via and iPad. (BAS and BCP are downloaded onto it)* From the iPad I am able to video record the sermon and post it on our website and Youtube* We have video’s of our children’s talks on our website and Youtube* We have a video feed from the church into our nursery* This video feed (once we update computers a work in progress!) will allow parents to access a camera in the nursery to check on their children from their smartphone.* I have started encouraging people to download BAS BCP and BIble onto their phone/tablets and use them in church* we are looking at how to make our weekly bulletin downloadable onto phone/tablets.
